Wake, the design collaboration tool, used by Airbnb, Spotify, Microsoft, Eventbrite and more, has announced the launch of its free plan.
Wake makes it easy for designers to share work and collect feedback from their team, and is bringing this to freelancers and small teams at no charge.
With Wake, you can upload and share sketches, screenshots, or other work, without ever interrupting your Photoshop, Sketch, or Illustrator design flow. And now, you can do this all for free.
Through an open design process within Wake, designers are able to learn from each other and refine ideas, while developers and project managers stay in the loop and provide valuable expertise.
“Providing designers with a means to share work in progress not only streamlines communication, it also fosters a positive culture,” said Chris Kalani, CEO of Wake.
This free version of Wake includes up to two designers and unlimited spectators which can include product managers, developers, clients, and more. Work can be shared publicly, so everyone knows what everyone is working on; or shared privately with selected individuals or stakeholders.
Stay connected on the go with Wake’s iOS app. Take pictures of notebook sketches or drawings on a whiteboard, and instantly share with team members. The iOS app also allows you to give design feedback on the go.
